At Speidel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
